Refund policy

  • We have a strict no returns/ refunds policy. in the case of your jewellery arriving damaged or broken, we will gladly exchange it, within 48 hours of it being in your possession. 
  • Items that are not eligible for returns are the following:
  • All earrings (We do accept returns on ear cuffs) Engraved products, Individual products in sets - The products must be returned as a set to be eligible for a refund. 
  • Refunds and exchanges are usually processed within 10-14 working days of receiving the items, although during busy periods this may vary.

  • Refunds will always be processed to the original payment method.

  • All eligible items must meet the following requirements to be eligible for a return: Unworn with no signs of wear or damage and in the original condition and packaging. Once a refund or exchange has been processed you will receive an email to confirm.
  • Please note, Gift Cards are non-refundable.
